I had looked at the Fein Multimaster, but couldn't justify the price. I bought the Sonicrafter specifically to sand between the rails of a baby crib I built for my daughter. This tool will see as much use as my random orbital sander! It's very well made, and does a superb job. A couple of experiential comments: 1. The tool is a fast worker, let IT do the work for you. 2. The dust collection attachment gets in the way, and is useless. 3. I haven't found a source for sanding pads that fit, except Rockwell, and they're relatively expensive.

IRWIN 394001 Bolt Grip Bolt Remover Set

Most tools of this type are overrated, and I was sceptical when I saw this one advertised. However, I ran into a situation at work where I had to remove some badly rusted and rounded over bolts from the exhaust manifold of a piece of earthmoving machinery, and none of the standard methods worked. After trying for 3 hours, I finally bought a set of Bolt Grips. They really worked. I had all 3 bolts out in less than 5 minutes. I am sold on these things.

I have this level and think it is a great tool. I have textured walls in my home. My wife is constantly moving around pictures as she adds more and more from our kids. I have always found it very difficult to use laser levels as they don't tell me where to put the hole only if the picture is level. There are 2 features that make this level unique: 1. The gecko grips, while holding the level with my left hand I am able to drill the hole exactly where it needs to be for the picture hook because of the grips. The grips also do not leave marks on my wall like other levels. 2. The adjustable holes for picture hanging.

Very Well Balanced Machine, little fatigue during the day. Great hands-free depth adjustment. Extremely easy to load, advance and clear. You can change from restrictive to sequential fire easily on the trigger.

My Hitachi can now be retired, I will not go back, this is my framing nailer of choice. As another reviewer seems to have found out, this is not an appearance nailer, for something like siding you may want to try the Porter-Cable RN175A Coil. I have had no problems sinking 16D's in even engineered lumber. For everyday use the 350A is highly recommended.

Grex P635 23 Gauge 1-3/8-Inch Length Headless Pinner

I am simply amazed by this pinner. I have used many others with less features and the Grex p635 is a hands down winner. Few manufacturers offer a 23ga pinner as versatile as the P635 with the capability to shoot 3/8 to 1 3/8 pins and self adjusting to boot. No splitting of crown or delicate hardwood mouldings even within 1/8" of an end mitre. I have pretty much retired my 18ga brad nailer for high end trim in leu of the Grex P635. I am impressed with the holding power of the 23 ga pins in hardwood crown on cabinet installs. As a professional wood worker I highly recommend this pinner.
