After years of using a shop vac for dust collection in my small woodworking shop, I decided too spring for a dust collection system. I settled on a Delta AP 400 which has proved to be adequate, though just barely. I intended to plumb the collector system by buying the bits and pieces individually and improvising as much as possible to keep the cost down.
